The price shown is based on the occupancy and dates you have searched. Prices and availability are subject to change based on arrival date, number of nights and occupancy searched. All prices include all local taxes.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you wish to check in earlier or later, please call to notify us.

All children under 13 years of age are charged GBP 20 per person per night for extra beds in our family room.
The maximum number of extra beds/cribs allowed in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to request and must be confirmed by management.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your check-in date. Any cancellation within seven days prior to arrival will be

1. Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
2. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
4. Cozy Cottage Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
5. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay. charged in full.
